These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website homylayout.com and any services provided by Homy Layout Decoration Design and Fit Out L.L.C. (“Homy Layout,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Homy Layout provides home renovation, interior fit-out, interior design, tiling and stone installation, plumbing, electrical, painting, media wall design, landscaping, and swimming pool services across the United Arab Emirates. The information on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Quotations & Estimates

Any quotation we provide is based on the information available at the time and remains valid for the period stated on the quotation. Quotations may be revised if the project scope, materials, site conditions, or client requirements change. Work commences only after a quotation is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.

3. Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, and final balance, are set out in your individual quotation or contract. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable VAT. Late or incomplete payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is settled.

4. Project Scope & Variations

The agreed scope of work is defined in your accepted quotation or contract. Any additional work, design changes, or material upgrades requested after work begins will be treated as a variation and may affect the price and completion timeline. Variations will be confirmed before they are carried out.

5. Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, completion dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, third-party approvals, access to the site, weather, and client-requested changes.

6. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty we offer on our work will be confirmed in your quotation or contract. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials and equipment apply separately according to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by other parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your project, you agree to provide safe and timely access to the property, obtain any approvals required from your building management or community authority where applicable, and respond promptly to decisions needed during the project.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed project, please notify us as early as possible. Any costs already incurred for materials, design, or labour up to the cancellation date will be payable in accordance with your quotation or contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Homy Layout shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and the Homy Layout name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
