This Medical Clinic Fit Out in Dubai project by Homy Layout transformed a commercial floor into a clean, modern healthcare facility. The fit out reflects our all-in-one approach, where medical interior design, custom joinery, and MEP trades are delivered under a single accountable contractor, ready for licensing and handover.

Every zone was planned around patient comfort and clinical workflow, balancing a calm, welcoming atmosphere with the hygiene and safety standards required for a licensed medical environment.

Concept & Design Style

This Medivance clinic features an illuminated curved reception desk, comfortable patient waiting lounges, consultation rooms, an imaging and MRI suite, and a treatment wing set against a bright palette of white, glass, and light-wood tones with soft ambient lighting. We used antibacterial, easy-clean finishes, seamless flooring, precise partitioning, and integrated lighting to create a space that feels reassuring yet practical for daily clinical operations.

This project highlights our interior fit out services in Dubai, covering space planning, medical-grade partitions, electrical, medical gas and data coordination, HVAC and ventilation, custom reception and storage joinery, hygienic wall and floor finishes, and final finishing. Our team managed the full scope in-house with attention to Dubai Municipality, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Dubai Civil Defence requirements, keeping the project compliant and inspection-ready.
