This Beauty Salon & Spa Fit Out in Dubai project by Homy Layout transformed a commercial unit into an elegant, full-service beauty lounge. The design reflects our all-in-one approach, where commercial interior design, custom joinery, and MEP trades are delivered under a single accountable contractor, ready for licensing and handover.

Every zone was planned around client comfort and service flow, balancing a calm, indulgent atmosphere with the durable, hygienic surfaces required for a busy beauty and spa environment.

Concept & Design Style

This Noiré beauty lounge features a sculptural marble reception desk, backlit styling and makeup stations, a manicure bar, a pedicure lounge, private spa treatment rooms, and a relaxation seating area set against a refined palette of champagne, marble, blush-pink, and brushed gold with soft ambient lighting. We used easy-clean, moisture-resistant finishes, precise tile and stone installation, custom mirror joinery, and integrated lighting to create a space that feels luxurious yet practical for daily salon operations.

This project highlights our interior fit out services in Dubai, covering space planning, partitions, electrical, plumbing for wash and pedicure stations, ventilation and extraction, custom reception and retail-display joinery, treatment rooms, and final finishing. Our team managed the full scope in-house with attention to Dubai Municipality and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements for beauty and wellness facilities, keeping the project compliant and inspection-ready.
